Coking
The main production workshop for coking, including coal preparation workshop, coking workshop, gas purification workshop, auxiliary facilities workshop. When coal is in coking, in addition to about 75% coal become into coke, and there are about 25% produce variety of chemicals and gas, it is important to recycle coking chemical products. Chemical products recycling process is the rational and effective use of a variety chemical products generated in coking. The raw gas generated in coke oven carbonization room is cooled, transported and recovered in chemical product recovery workshop for coal tar, ammonia, sulfur, benzene hydrocarbon and other chemical products, the gas is purified at the same time. The gas purification workshop is composed of condensing blast section, desulfurization section, ammonium sulfide section, end-cooling benzene washing section, crude benzene distillation section and so on.
The plate-frame heat exchanger is usually used as the rich and poor oil heat exchanger, poor oil first stage cooler and poor oil second stage cooler in crude benzene distillation section of coking industry, its following characteristics meet the operation requirements of this section, and it is an ideal heat exchange product for coking.
1. The plate-frame heat exchanger has the characteristics of high heat transfer coefficient and small pressure drop.
2. With strong adaptability to working conditions, the plate-frame heat exchanger can flexibly set up path combination according to different technology requirements.
3. Compared with spiral plate heat exchanger, it has better cleaning performance. During cleaning, the heat exchanger can be blowed with 0.4Mpa steam after the side plates are removed, if condition permit, the side plate can also be directly removed from the production line for cleaning.
4. High resistance to temperature and pressure, suitable to special medium. Compared with detachable plate heat exchanger, the welding structure eliminates the influence of corrosion of seal gasket caused by high temperature and special medium conditions, and improves the ability of using temperature, pressure and adapt to medium.
