From the very beginning to provide efficient plate heat exchanger products to provide unattended pre-assembled integrated heat exchange station design and service, from the development of patened product of unequal cross-section plate heat exchanger in 1991 to the successful application of high-pressure plate heat exchanger in pressure separation heat exchange station, to provide advanced equipment support and professional solutions for the technology progress of central heating.


Uneaqual cross-section plate heat exchanger is widely used in central heating industry,the heat transfer plate is designed to be a herringbone ripple with unequal cross-sectional area of fluid passage on both side, make the adjacent plates with large cross-sectional area to form a wide flow channel, and the small cross-sectional area to form a narrow flow channel, its cross-sectional area ratio is 2:1, the corner holes on the plates are also divided into two sizes accordingly, the medium with large flow rate passes through big-corner hole and wide flow channel,  the small flow of medium through the small corner hole and narrow flow channel. In addition to the characteristics of the equal-section plate heat exchanger, the uneaqual cross-sention plate heat exchanger also has the following remarkable characteristics.


Improve heat transfer capacity: The special structure of the heat exchanger determines that it is especially suitable for heat and cold side treatment capacity ≥2:1 operating condition, since the cross-sectional area ratio is 2:1, in the single flow case, the velocity between plates of hot and cold media is close or equal, thus the heat transfer coefficient is increased, that is, the heat transfer capacity of plate heat exchanger is improved.


Reduce investment cost: when the capacity of cold and hot medium is 2:1, the heat transfer coefficent of unequal cross-section heat exchanger can be increased by 20-30% than conventional equal crossse-section heat exchanger, the heat exchange area can be reduced by 20-30%, and the equipment investment cost can be reduced.


Small pressure loss: becuase the unequal cross-section plate heat exchanger usually is single process, and the unequal cross-section stream guide distribution is adopted on the heat transfer plate, the amount of treatment each goes its own way, the flow rate between plates is more reasonable than the equal cross-section type, effectively reducing the pressure loss.


Easier to use: Because the unequal cross-section plate heat exchanger is usually a single path, the pipe connections are on the side of fixed frame plate, the movable plate is not limited, which greatly facilitates the user’s  installation, debugging, combination change, cleaning and maintenance.


Now, more and more central heating projects are begining to recycle waste heat generated in coal-fired power plants, cogeneration of electricty and heat has become a universally recognized way to save energy. Heating network and heater is one of the main equipments of cogeneration, it uses the extraction of steam turbine as the heat source (generally the fourth or fifth stage extraction, steam pressure is 0.2-0.6 Mpa) to heat the network water. Therefore, the running reliability, advanced design rationality and investment economy of heating network heaters are always pursued by manufacturers.
