When products reach customers' end, THT will send professional personal to instruct installation and commissioning, and implement tracking and monitoring for the products until it runs stably. Meanwhile, Based on customers' requirement, THT can arrange professional trainning  about product structure and operation methods to make sure the products can work well.

After-Sale Service
THT's complete after-sales service system, professional service engineers and technicians can provide you with various services as below, product installation and commissioning to operation and maintenance, maintenance and cleaning etc.


Equipment Maintenance

1. After the equipment' running, THT will follow the usage and assist the site personnel to master the structure, operation characteristics and maintenance methods of the equipment, and cleaning method of equipment.

2. Upon receipt of quality feedback from users, THT guarantees to submit primary solutions within 4 hours; if needed, professional service personnel will be sent for on-site technological support within 48 hours (limited to mainland China).

3. To improve product quality and service, THT implements on-site service evaluation system and regularly visiting system.

4. THT will prepare lots of wearing parts for consumable products every year so that they can be provided for users at first time in case of emergency. 

5. When the products need to be updated which may affect major structure parts, THT will inform the customer to prepare spare parts half a year in advance.

6. During the warranty period, THT provides the necessary wearing parts freely paid services is also available beyond warranty period.


Active Service
1.THT arrange professionals to visit users regularly to master the operating conditions of PHE and collect users' opinions on demands.
2. According to the existed problems and requirements of users in the process of usage, THT R&D department improves and develops the products to meet customers’ needs.
3. If any quality issues caused by working conditions, THT will timely make maintenance plan and corrective solutions for customers.
4. In the process of after-sales service, THT will instruct and correct wrong operation of users. 
5. In the process of return visit, THT technical service personnel can implement training  as per customers’ requirement, like structure, maintenance and cleaning etc. 

6. THT shall timely remind users of the preparation and replacement of spare parts according to the running time of the equipment, so that it wont affect the system operation.


Customer Satisfaction Survey
THT regularly does twice customers' satisfaction survey every year for better meet customers current and future expectations. Meanwhile, THT make relative quality& service improvements based on survey results to improve customers service. All the survey sheet will be as the evidence for satisfaction analysis and quality & service improvement.

Syetem Upgrading


Based on principle of "customer success, win-win cooperation", THT makes a return visit plan for customers every year to investigate the operation conditions of THT products and propose targeted prevention and solutions..

THT has a completed customer file system. System which can provide complete detailed information when maintenance and upgrading to keep stable operation at customer end.

Customers can ask help from THT when operation system is not satisfactory. THT will implement survey and analysis for system operation and submit optimized and upgrading solutions to promote customers system more high-efficient and intelligent and reduce operation cost.

Service Commitment
Based on the principle of "customer success, win-win cooperation" and the concept of “optimized product solutions, high-quality products and caring services”, THT Group solemnly promises as below.

1. THT heat exchanger products are with instructions for correct operation by users.


2. Each type of THT is done with performance test in National Heat Exchanger Test Center to verify design accuracy.  All the products from THT are produced and inspected strictly as per national production and inspection standard, unqualified products are prohibited to send out of the factory.


3.THT does inspection timely when goods reach at the site and prepare wearing parts freely during warranty period. After products working, THT will follow products usage and make relative record, provide professional training about operation and maintenance etc, and timely provide relative corrective solutions according to equipment problems.


4.THT will submit corrective solutions within 4 hours once receiving quality issues from customers. Meanwhile, THT will send professional persons to customers end to solve problems at site within 48 hours if necessary. THT has a complete detailed file that includes products quality issues raised by customers and corrective actions.


5.THT implements on-site service evaluation system and customers visiting system, and visit customers at regular time as one of evidence for quality improvement.
